The 4^rd version of Meruert Lulu has been released:

Meruert is a set of CMS (content management systems), and Meruert Lulu is the 1^st edition of those. This one is the lightest, fastest and simplest blog engine with enough possibilities to have a public or private blog with comments, flexible preferences, RSS and design themes, store simple pages and usual files.

Since 2^nd version Meruert Lulu is multilingual. You can easily choose the language preferred (while installing or in the preferences inside) to translate the interface to the language you want to use. English, Russian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish and other language will be supported.
